RebelleFit was born from a simple belief: activewear should feel comfortable, look stylish, and reflect who you are. Behind the brand is a small, female-led factory with seven years of hands-on experience in activewear production.

What started as a love for fabric, fit, and detail grew into a brand focused on thoughtful design and everyday wearability. From choosing materials to refining prints and stitching, we stay closely involved in every step of the process.

Our factory may be small, but our standards are high. We care deeply about quality, comfort, and how each piece feels when you put it on. At RebelleFit, we design for women who move through life with confidence—effortlessly, comfortably, and in their own unique way.

FAQ

What is the return policy?

We hope you love your RebelleFit wear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:

- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.

- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.

How do I return an item?

For DOMESTIC orders:

- Please use the domestic return portal to initiate a return or exchange. 

- In the portal you chose the items you wish to return or exchange 

- Print the return label and drop off at a USPS location. Refunds or Exchanges will be processed once received and you will be notified via e-mail. 

For INTERNATIONALorders:

- At this time, international orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order).

- Please contact us at rebellefit1@gmail.com before returning. We will assist you in completing your return.

*Please note that if a customer refuses to pay customs and duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a $15.00 USD return shipping charge. 

How long does it take to be refunded?

After it is received by then Returns Department, please allow from 3 to 7 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.

If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 3-7 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.

Can I return/exchange 'FINAL SALE' item?

Any items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I have received a damaged/defective item?

On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at rebellefit1@gmail.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:

- Order number

- Brief description of the problem

- Photos of the Issue

With confirmed we will arrange for a resend or refund.

Will I be refunded the full value?

When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs.

Outside the United States, customs duties, sales taxes and shipping are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly.

Which countries does Rebelle Fit ship to?

We ships to almost all countries internationally.

For the domestic orders, you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method.

For the international orders, please contact us at rebellefit1@gmail.com, if you don't find the option on the website.

How much does the shipping cost?

DOMESTIC

- With filling in your specific address, you will have the options with shipping cost at checkout.

-Over $150 USD (3-4 business days) FREE

INTERNATIONAL

- Express International (5-10 Business days) $15 USD

- DHL Express International OVER $300 USD (3-6 Business days) FREE

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can also view and track the status of your shipment by signing into your account and check the order status from there.

My item is being returned to sender?

If your item was not deliverable, and for some reason is being returned to us, please contact us at rebellefit1@gmail.com, so we can arrange to have the item reshipped to you.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

At the bottom of our emails you may press the unsubscribe button to remove yourself from your mailing list. You may also send us an email requesting to be removed to our customer support team.
